Since 2000 I have closed 1000's of escrow closings! As a previous loan officer and processor, I have earned my share of papercuts and knowledge about the lending industry and I will promise to share that experience and customer service with you and your borrowers/clients...with professionalism and a smile! I have literally done 100's, if not 1000's, of closings for mortgage lenders, escrow and title companies and signing agencies all over the country! I can offer you references if needed. Of course, I offer traveling notary services for other needs as well. I have experience in legal, family trust, Power of Attorney and many other types of transactions. I can come to your home, office, hospital or any location. We just need you, a pen, identification and a table.

Per signature pricing of $10.00 per signature will be applied. This will save you my minimum travel fee of $30.00
Proper Identification:
- Current picture Drivers License or Passport. Not expired. If your identification is expired please call me anyway. There may be other options.
- Please keep in mind that your ID can be more in name than the document, but not less in name than the document. EX: If Celeste Moon Turnipsprout is on the document then the ID cannot be Celeste M. Turnipsprout. If Celeste Moon Turnipsprout is on the ID then it is ok for Celeste M. Turnipsprout to be on the Documents. The ID must have more names than the document.
- What is meant by a "notarized signature"? A notarized signature is any signature that, YOU THE SIGNER, needs to have verified. This means that I, THE NOTARY, am merely verifying that you are who you say you are. A "per signature" transaction will be charged $10.00 for YOUR SIGNATURE(S). So if 2 are signing this is $10 per signature = $20.00. Note: you may be signing many times, but I only charge for the signatures that NEED TO BE NOTARIZED.
